What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps, debit & credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets at checkout.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your code in the Discount box at checkout and the price updates automatically. New here? Use WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order.
I placed an order — how do I know it went through?
You'll get an order confirmation by email right away. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or write to us at sleekloomteam@gmail.com and we'll confirm.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us at sleekloomteam@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll sort it out — including a change of delivery address.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over ₹699. For orders below ₹699, a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies (shown at checkout).
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If anything looks delayed or stuck, just reach out at sleekloomteam@gmail.com and we'll check on it for you.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns & exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at sleekloomteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and whether you'd like a return or a size exchange. We'll guide you through the rest.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We're sorry if that happens! Email us at sleekloomteam@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no hassle.
What's the fit of your tees?
All our tees are an oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder fit. For a relaxed boxy look, take your usual size; for a closer fit, size down.

What fabric are your tees made of?
Premium 240 GSM heavyweight 100% cotton — breathable, built to last, with high-density prints that stay sharp.
How do I care for my tee?
Machine wash cold and inside out, do not bleach, tumble dry low (or line dry in shade), and use a warm iron while avoiding the print.
